K4 represents the first phase of the large project for the regeneration of the central pedestrian axis of the Zaton Holiday resort tourist village, called kalelarga, envisaged by the master plan and composed of 4 main phases called k1, k2, k3 and k4
The complex called K4 concerns the reconstruction project, through the volumetric recomposition (demolition and reconstruction with amalgamation) of the buildings built in the early 1960s, through the regeneration of the sea front for the creation of a multifunctional entertainment complex, with restaurant, bistro on the first floor land and lounge bar with swimming pool on the roof terrace. The guest and staff services have been located in the basement.

Il K4 rappresenta la prima fase del l’ampio progetto per la rigenerazione dell’asse pedonale centrale del villaggio turistico Zaton Holiday resort, denominato kalelarga, previsto dal master plan e composto di 4 fasi principali denominati k1, k2 , k3 e k4
Il complesso denominato K4 riguarda il progetto di ricostruzione, attraverso la ricomposizione volumetrica ( demolizione e ricostruzione con accorpamento) dei fabbricati realizzati nei primi anni 6o, attraverso la rigenerazione del fronte mare per la realizzazione di complesso polifunzionale di intrattenimento, con ristorante, bistrot al piano terra e lounge bar con piscina sulla terrazza della copertura. I servizi per gli ospiti e per il personale sono stati collocati al piano interrato.
